I think they would be hard to recreate unless you have a grand bitz-box. Most of the parts are just refurbished 28mm stuff; some of it are primarily from Warhammer 40k (most notably the big sign on the building).
Other than that, I used the plasticard bases from Critical Mass Games for some of the panel-details :)
